Submitted
papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and
technical committee, and accepted papers will be
published into conference proceedings by IEEE
after registration and presentation. The proceedings
will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore
and indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.
本次会议文章将由程序委员会严格审核,通过审核录用的文章在完成注册和报告后将由IEEE出版收录至CSTE 2026会议论文集,提交进入IEEE Xplore在线数据库,被Ei-Compendex核心,Scopus
检索机构检索。

Selected papers will be published into Lecture Notes in Educational Technology (Electronic ISSN: 2196-4971 & Print ISSN: 2196-4963) as a proceedings book volume, which has been accepted by Springer. Final publication will be subject to the manuscript review by Springer. Those papers will be sent to indexing databaes like: Scopus, ACM Digital Library, ERIC, INSPEC, Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series, SCImago.
